English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr the judge informed us, from Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub, from Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Hakam, from Ibn Wahb, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ziyad ibn An'am, from Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As (may Allah be pleased with them) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Do not wish to encounter the enemy, and ask for well-being. But if you do encounter them, stand firm, make much remembrance of Allah, and if they make a clamor and shout, then be silent.
