أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا أَبُو زُبَيْدٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ السَّوَادُ مِنْهُ صُلْحٌ وَمِنْهُ عَنْوَةٌ فَمَا كَانَ مِنْهُ عَنْوَةٌ فَهُوَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَمَا كَانَ مِنْهُ صُلْحٌ فَلَهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ
English Translation
