أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ظَاهَرَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ بَيْنَ دِرْعَيْنِ
English Translation
A man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him): "What if I am killed in the cause of Allah — are my sins forgiven?" He said: "Yes, if you are killed patiently, seeking reward, advancing and not retreating." Then he said: "What did you say?" The man repeated his question. He said: "Yes, except for debt. Jibril told me that just now."
