أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثنا شَيْبَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا جُدِعَ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً وَإِذَا جُدِعَتْ ثَنْدُوَتُهُ فَنِصْفُ الْعَقْلِ خَمْسُونَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ أَوْ عِدْلُهَا مِنَ الذَّهَبِ أَوِ الْوَرِقِ
English Translation
Narrations about judicial procedures in Islamic law — the role of the judge (qadi), the process of hearing cases, and the principles governing judicial decisions. The Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Companions established the framework for the Islamic judiciary.
