أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ مَرْفُوعًا
English Translation
Zaid ibn Thabit held that the wound that reaches the brain membrane (ma'mumah) carries one-third of the full blood-money, and the wound that displaces bone (munaqqilah) carries fifteen camels.
