وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ فِي الْعَبْدِ يُقْتَلُ خَطَأً قَالَا ثَمَنُهُ مَا بَلَغَ
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said regarding the killing done with a heavy stone or a whip: "The blood-money is one hundred camels" — classifying it as quasi-intentional (shibh al-'amd) rather than purely intentional.
