وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ نا كَامِلُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ نا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ {إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ} [النساء 19] قَالَ خُرُوجُهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا فَاحِشَةٌ مُبَيِّنَةٌ
English Translation
Discussion of the case where a woman's husband dies and she does not know — she begins mourning when she learns of his death. If the full period has already passed, some scholars said she need not mourn at all.
