وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ وَرَوَى إِسْحَاقُ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ إِذَا رَأَتِ الْحَامِلُ الدَّمَ تَكُفُّ عَنِ البيهقي ١٥٤٢٩: عن
English Translation
Al-Shafi'i held that the woman of li'an has no right to maintenance or housing from her former husband, based on the hadith that they "separate without divorce and without death."
