أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ نا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ نا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَقَيْسٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ البيهقي ١٥٣٥٨: عن
English Translation
Narrations about the consequences of li'an: the spouses cannot remarry each other permanently. Ali said: "If the husband of li'an retracts and admits lying, the hadd punishment is applied to him, the child is attributed to him, and his wife becomes unlawful to him forever."
