Abū al-Ḥusayn ʿAlī b. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAlī al-Khusrawjirdī from Aṣlih > Abū Aḥmad Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. al-Ghiṭrīf > Abū Khalīfah > Ḥafṣ b. ʿUmar al-Ḥawḍī > Hammām > Qatādah > Abū al-Khalīl > Sulaymān b. Yasār > Zayd b. Thābit ؓ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْخُسْرَوْجِرْدِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِهِ نا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْغِطْرِيفِ أنا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ نا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ نا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ قَالَ الطَّلَاقُ بِالرِّجَالِ وَالْعِدَّةُ بِالنِّسَاءِ
English Translation
A narration about the view that the child of li'an is attributed to the mother and inherits from her side only.
