English Translation
Ibrahim said regarding a man who says to his wife: 'She is divorced in a year': She remains his wife, and he may enjoy her until the year passes. The same was reported from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), and 'Ata' and Jabir ibn Zayd held this view.
