وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ مِنْ أَصْلِ سَمَاعِهِ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ نا مُعَرَّفُ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَارِبُ بْنُ دِثَارٍ قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ امْرَأَةً فَطَلَّقَهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَتَزَوَّجْتَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ ثُمَّ مَاذَا؟ قَالَ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُ قَالَ أَمِنْ رِيبَةٍ؟ قَالَ لَا قَالَ قَدْ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً أُخْرَى فَطَلَّقَهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ مُعَرَّفٌ فَمَا أَدْرِي أَعِنْدَ هَذَا أَوْ عِنْدَ الثَّالِثَةِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْحَلَالِ أَبْغَضَ إِلَى اللهِ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ وَرَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْوَصَّافِيُّ عَنْ مُحَارِبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَوْصُولًا مُخْتَصَرًا
English Translation
Muharib ibn Dithar narrated: A man married a woman during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and then divorced her. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Did you marry?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then what?' He said: 'Then I divorced.' He said: 'Was it because of suspicion?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'A man may do that.' Then he married another woman and divorced her, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said something similar. Mu'arrif said: I do not know whether it was at the second or the third time that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There is nothing lawful more hated to Allah than divorce.'
