أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ وَعَبَّاسٌ قَالَا نا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ نا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاتَ وَفِي يَدِهِ غَمَرٌ فَأَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ وَرَوَاهُ عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ
English Translation
Abu al-Husain bin al-Fadl al-Qattan informed us... from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Whoever sleeps with grease on his hands without washing them, and something befalls him, let him blame no one but himself. Uqail also narrated it from Ibn Shihab, from Ubaidullah bin Abdullah, from Abu Sa'id.
