أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْإِمَامُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الذُّنُوبِ عِنْدَ اللهِ رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَمَّا قَضَى حَاجَتَهُ مِنْهَا طَلَّقَهَا وَذَهَبَ بِمَهْرِهَا وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَعْمَلَ رَجُلًا فَذَهَبَ بِأُجْرَتِهِ وَآخَرُ يَقْتُلُ دَابَّةً عَبَثًا
English Translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Among the greatest sins before Allah is a man who marries a woman, and when he has fulfilled his need of her, divorces her and takes her dowry; and a man who employs another man and takes his wages; and one who kills an animal in vain.'
