أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ؓ امْرَأَةً عَلَى عِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Pre-emption applies to what has not been divided. When the boundaries are established and the roads are fixed, there is no pre-emption."
