وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ كَانَ زَوْجُ بَرِيرَةَ عَبْدًا يُقَالُ لَهُ مُغِيثٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ البيهقي ١٤٢٦٩: عن
English Translation
The Quran describes the li'an procedure: "And those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses other than themselves — the testimony of one of them is four oaths by Allah that he is truthful" [24:6].
