أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرٌ مَوْلَى أَبِي اللَّحْمِ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ خَيْبَرَ وَأَنَا عَبْدٌ مَمْلُوكٌ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَسْهِمْ لِي فَأَعْطَانِي سَيْفًا فَقَالَ تَقَلَّدْ هَذَا السَّيْفَ وَأَعْطَانِي خُرْثِيَّ مَتَاعٍ وَلَمْ يُسْهِمْ لِي أَخْرَجَ مُسْلِمٌ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ حَدِيثًا آخَرَ فِي الزَّكَاةِ وَهَذَا الْمَتْنُ أَيْضًا صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِهِ
English Translation
Umayr, the freed slave of Abu al-Lahm, narrated: I witnessed Khaybar while I was an owned slave. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, give me a share.' He gave me a sword and said: 'Carry this sword.' He gave me some miscellaneous goods but did not give me a regular share. Muslim narrated another hadith with this chain regarding zakat, and this text is also authentic according to his criteria.
