قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ أنا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي آيَةِ الْوَصِيَّةِ قَالَ كَانَتِ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ فَنَسَخَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ للْوَالِدَيْنِ وَأَثْبَتَ لَهُمَا نَصِيبَهُمَا فِي سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ وَنَسَخَ مِنَ الْأَقْرَبِينَ كُلَّ وَارِثٍ وَبَقِيَتِ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْأَقْرَبِينَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَرِثُونَ كَانَتِ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ فَنَسَخَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ للْوَالِدَيْنِ وَأَثْبَتَ لَهُمَا نَصِيبَهُمَا فِي سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ وَنَسَخَ مِنَ الْأَقْرَبِينَ كُلَّ وَارِثٍ وَبَقِيَتِ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْأَقْرَبِينَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَرِثُونَ
English Translation
Sa'id narrated to us: Hushaym informed us: Yunus narrated from al-Hasan regarding the verse of bequest. He said: The bequest was for parents and relatives. Allah abrogated the parents' portion and established their fixed share in Surat al-Nisa. He abrogated every heir from among the relatives, and the bequest remained for relatives who do not inherit.
