أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ
English Translation
Abu Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us: Abu Sa'id ibn al-A'rabi narrated to us: Sa'dan ibn Nasr narrated to us: Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated from al-Zuhri from Ali ibn Husayn from Amr ibn Uthman from Usamah ibn Zayd, tracing it back to the Prophet (peace be upon him): 'A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.'
