وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ وَبِنْتَيْنِ صَارَ ثُمُنُهَا تُسْعًا 12456 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُحْرِزُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ثنا شَرِيكٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ وَفِي حِكَايَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ مَسَائِلُ أَعَالِا فِيهَا الْفَرَائِضَ
English Translation
Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ishaq narrated to us: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us: Sharik narrated from Abu Ishaq from al-Harith from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding a wife, two parents, and two daughters: her eighth became a ninth. Also narrated through another chain with similar content. In Ibrahim al-Nakha'i's narration from Ali and Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them), there are cases in which they applied 'awl to the inheritance shares.
