أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوَالِيَهُ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهُ فَأَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَمَوَالِيَهُ النِّصْفَ وَهَذَا أَيْضًا مُرْسَلٌ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us: Rawh narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated from Qatadah from Jabir ibn Zayd from Ibn Abbas from the Prophet (peace be upon him): Give the fixed shares to those entitled to them. Whatever remains belongs to the closest male relative.
