وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَبُو الشَّيْخِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَهُوَ عَمْرُو بْنُ بَرْقٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَرِثُهُ وَإِنَّ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ وَلَدَهُ أَوْ وَالِدَهُ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ مِيرَاثٌ
English Translation
Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith the jurist informed us: Abu al-Shaykh al-Asbahani narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: al-Abbas ibn Yazid narrated to us: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated from a man - Abd al-Razzaq said: He is Amr ibn Barq - from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas who said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever kills a person, he does not inherit from them, even if they have no other heir, and even if it is his own child or parent. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled: There is no inheritance for a killer.
