أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْفَارِسِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْخَلَّالِيُّ أنا أَبُو يَعْلَى الْمَوْصِلِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ مَعَانِيَ هَذِهِ الْفَرَائِضِ وَأُصُولَهَا عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَأَمَّا التَّفْسِيرُ فَتَفْسِيرُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَلَى مَعَانِي زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ لَا يَرِثُ ابْنُ الْأَخِ لِلْأُمِّ بِرَحِمِهِ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَرِثُ الْجَدَّةُ أُمُّ أَبِي الْأُمِّ وَلَا الْخَالَةُ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَلَا الْجَدُّ أَبُو الْأُمِّ وَلَا ابْنَةُ الْأَخِ لِلْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ وَلَا الْعَمَّةُ أُخْتُ الْأَبِ لِلْأُمِّ وَالْأَبِ وَلَا الْخَالَةُ وَلَا مَنْ هُوَ أَبْعَدُ نَسَبًا مِنَ الْمُتَوَفَّى مِمَّنْ هُوَ فِي هَذَا الْكِتَابِ لَا يَرِثُ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ بِرَحِمِهِ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا
English Translation
Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn Ahmad al-Farisi informed us from his original book: Abu Sa'id Isma'il ibn Ahmad al-Khallali informed us: Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Bakkar narrated to us: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated from his father from Kharijah ibn Zayd ibn Thabit al-Ansari from his father Zayd ibn Thabit: The meanings of these laws of inheritance and their principles are from Zayd ibn Thabit, while the commentary is the interpretation of Abu al-Zinad based on the meanings of Zayd ibn Thabit. He said: The son of the maternal brother does not inherit anything through that kinship, nor does the maternal grandmother of the father, nor the maternal aunt, nor I think he said the maternal grandfather, nor the daughter of the paternal and maternal brother, nor the paternal aunt who is the sister of the father from both parents, nor the maternal aunt, nor anyone more distantly related to the deceased than those mentioned in this book. None of them inherits anything through that kinship.
