أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا
English Translation
Jabir narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever receives an umra, it belongs to him and his descendants. It belongs to the one it was given to and does not revert to the one who gave it, because he gave a gift that is subject to inheritance."
