وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي الْمَالَ قِرَاضًا فَيَشْتَرِطُ لَهُ كَمَا أَعْطَاهُ نَحْوَ يَوْمِ يَأْخُذُهُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ
English Translation
The ruling on the wages of those who perform prohibited services — the Prophet (peace be upon him) prohibited the price of a dog, the earnings of a fortune-teller, and the payment for prostitution.
