أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ الشُّفْعَةُ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأَنْصِبَاءِ
English Translation
Shureyh said: "Pre-emption is according to the shares." This means the pre-emption right of each co-owner is proportional to his ownership share.
