أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا دَقَّ وَلَا رَزَمَ وَلَا زَلْزَلَةَ
English Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When a man finds his merchandise intact with a buyer who has gone bankrupt, he has more right to it than other creditors." This was recorded in the two Sahihs.
