أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَأُخْبِرَ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَهَا كَلْبٌ فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا فَقُتِلَ
English Translation
The scholars discussed the conditions under which the fruit of a sold tree belongs to the buyer versus the seller, based on the stage of development at the time of sale.
