وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ يَأْكُلُ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ بِأَصَابِعِهِ لَا يَزِيدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ
English Translation
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited selling fruits until they are clearly ripe. This prohibition applied to both the seller and the buyer.
