وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا حَامِدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَامِدٍ ثنا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَسُومُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَر��أَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا؛ لِتُكْفِئَ مَا فِي صَحْفَتِهَا وَلِتُنْكَحَ إِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهَا
English Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "A man should not propose marriage over his brother's proposal, nor bid over his brother's bid. A woman should not be married alongside her paternal aunt or maternal aunt. A woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister (co-wife) in order to tip over what is in her plate; rather, she shall have what Allah has decreed for her."
