وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ أَمَا الْمُلَامَسَةُ فَأَنْ يَلْمِسَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا ثَوْبَ صَاحِبِهِ بِغَيْرِ تَأَمُّلٍ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَنْبُذَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا ثَوْبَهُ إِلَى الْآخَرِ وَلَمْ يَنْظُرْ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا إِلَى ثَوْبِ صَاحِبِهِ
English Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) prohibited two types of sale: mulamasah (touch sale) and munabadha (throw sale). Mulamasah is when each party touches the other's garment without examining it. Munabadha is when each party throws his garment to the other without either of them inspecting the other's garment.
