Arabic (Original)
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.
English Translation
And with his chain, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "An animal's injury carries no liability, a well's injury carries no liability, a mine's injury carries no liability, and in buried treasure there is a fifth due."
