حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنِ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ الشِّكَالَ مِنْ الْخَيْلِ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, who said: Sufyan told us, from Salm ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Nakha'i, from Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir, from Abu Hurayrah: that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to dislike shikal in horses.
