قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَلَا بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا.
English Translation
He said: I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Abu al-Zinad - and Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Malik informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman shall not be combined in marriage with her paternal aunt, nor a woman with her maternal aunt."
