حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ مِخْرَاقٍ، عَنْ شَهْرٍ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ مَاتَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ قِيلَ لَهُ ادْخُلْ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أَيِّ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ الثَّمَانِيَةِ شِئْتَ.
English Translation
It was narrated that ‘Uqbah bin ‘Amir said: Umar told me that he heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)say: “Whoever dies believing in Allah and the Last Day, it will said to him: ‘Enter Paradise from whichever of the eight gates of Paradise you wish.`
