حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَيَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ ابْنِ مَرْجَانَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ رَقَبَةً أَعْتَقَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ إِرْبٍ مِنْهَا إِرْبًا مِنْهُ مِنْ النَّارِ.
English Translation
Abdullah narrated to us, my father and Yahya ibn Ma'in narrated to me, they said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, who said: Abdullah ibn Sa'id - meaning Ibn Abi Hind - narrated to us, who said: Isma'il ibn Abi Hakim narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Marjanah, who said: I heard Abu Hurairah say: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever frees a slave, Allah will free for every limb of that slave a limb of his from the Fire."
