حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَوْفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خِلَاسٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَالْحَسَنِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَتَى كَاهِنًا أَوْ عَرَّافًا فَصَدَّقَهُ بِمَا يَقُولُ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Awf, who said: Khilas narrated to us, from Abu Hurairah and al-Hasan, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Whoever goes to a soothsayer or fortune-teller and believes what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him)."
