حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَضَمَّنَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ يَخْرُجُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ يَرُدَّهُ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ نَائِلًا مَا نَالَ مِنْ أَجْرٍ أَوْ غَنِيمَةٍ.
English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he said: Suhayl ibn Abi Salih narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has guaranteed the one who goes out in His cause that He will admit him to Paradise or return him to his home with whatever reward or spoils he has earned."
