حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدْعُو بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ.
English Translation
Hasan narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from Yahya, Abu Salamah narrated to me, from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to supplicate with these words: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire, from the punishment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the False Messiah (al-Masih al-Dajjal)."
