حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ أَبَا يُونُسَ مَوْلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ السَّمَاءِ بَرَكَةً إِلَّا أَصْبَحَ كَثِيرٌ مِنْ النَّاسِ بِهَا كَافِرِينَ يُنَزِّلُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْغَيْثَ فَيَقُولُونَ بِكَوْكَبِ كَذَا وَكَذَا.
English Translation
Harun narrated to us, he said: Ibn Wahb narrated to us, he said: Amr ibn al-Harith narrated to us, that Abu Yunus the freed slave of Abu Hurayrah narrated to him, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Allah the Almighty does not send down any blessing from the sky except that many people wake up denying it. Allah the Almighty sends down rain and they say: 'It was because of such and such star.'"
