English Translation
Hawdhah narrated to us, he said: 'Awf narrated to us, from Khilas, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "By Allah, it is better for one of you to take a rope and go to the mountain, gather firewood, sell it, and become self-sufficient from people, than to ask people whether they give him or refuse him."
