حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ فُرَافِصَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ غِرٌّ كَرِيمٌ وَإِنَّ الْفَاجِرَ خَبٌّ لَئِيمٌ.
English Translation
Abu Ahmad narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj ibn Furafisah, from a man, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, the believer is innocent and noble, and the wicked person is deceitful and ignoble."
