حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا ضَيْفٍ نَزَلَ بِقَوْمٍ فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا فَلَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بِقَدْرِ قِرَاهُ وَلَا حَرَجَ عَلَيْهِ.
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Any guest who stays with a people and wakes up deprived (of hospitality), then he has the right to take the equivalent of his due hospitality, and there is no blame on him."
