حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ النَّضْرِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ حُفَّتْ الْجَنَّةُ بِالْمَكَارِهِ وَحُفَّتْ النَّارُ بِالشَّهَوَاتِ.
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Paradise is surrounded by hardships and the Fire is surrounded by desires."
