Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقُولُ ابْنُ آدَمَ يَا خَيْبَةَ الدَّهْرِ إِنِّي أَنَا الدَّهْرُ أُرْسِلُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ فَإِذَا شِئْتُ قَبَضْتُهُمَا.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The son of Adam should not say: Woe to time! For I am Time — I send the night and the day. When I will, I seize them both.'
