حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { ادْخُلُوا الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا } قَالَ دَخَلُوا زَحْفًا { وَقُولُوا حِطَّةٌ } قَالَ بَدَّلُوا فَقَالُوا حِنْطَةٌ فِي شَعَرَةٍ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said regarding the verse of Allah the Almighty: 'Enter the gate prostrating' [2:58] — He said: 'They entered crawling.' 'And say: Relieve us of our burdens' — He said: 'They changed it and said: A grain in a hair.'
