حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي الْمَقْبُرِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَتَوَضَّأُ أَحَدٌ فَيُحْسِنُ وُضُوءَهُ وَيُسْبِغُهُ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي الْمَسْجِدَ لَا يُرِيدُ إِلَّا الصَّلَاةَ فِيهِ إِلَّا تَبَشْبَشَ اللَّهُ بِهِ كَمَا يَتَبَشْبَشُ أَهْلُ الْغَائِبِ بِطَلْعَتِهِ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'When a servant stands in prayer, all his sins are brought and placed on his head and shoulders. Every time he bows or prostrates, they fall off him.'
