حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَيْحَانُ وَجَيْحَانُ وَالنِّيلُ وَالْفُرَاتُ كُلٌّ مِنْ أَنْهَارِ الْجَنَّةِ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The one who maintains family ties is not the one who reciprocates kindness. The one who truly maintains family ties is the one who does so when his relatives have severed them.'
