حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ شِقْصٌ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَأَعْتَقَ نِصْفَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ خَلَاصُهُ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ اسْتُسْعِيَ الْعَبْدُ فِي ثَمَنِ رَقَبَتِهِ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah the Almighty has angels who travel the roads seeking out gatherings of remembrance. When they find a group remembering Allah, they call to one another: Come to what you seek! And they surround them with their wings up to the lowest heaven.'
