English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever sits in a gathering and engages in much idle talk, and then says before leaving: SubhanakAllahumma wa bihamdika, ashhadu an la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk (Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no deity except You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You), it will be an expiation for what took place in that gathering.'
